Hi peter, im struggling with the lining of gussets. once bent into shape the lining is set back from the edge so that when i attach to the main body there i a large gap inbetween the gusset top layer and the main body lining. do you have any tips for this? Should i be trying to oversize the lining and them trim after bending it into shape?

Hi James,
On this style, especially if its a smaller size about could split the lining and glue it fully done, thus avoiding the problem. If you dont want to fully glued then you need your lining cut a little larger if you want to have it bent in shape.

hi peter here you go, 2 different styles but im hoping the fix is the same, first up is this style bent along bottom and sides
