- Skiverв разделе Beginner's Corner31 October 2022Hey @Liviu Moruzi , regarding these 4 screws, I would definitely invest in harder cross-head screws. The screws from the manufacturer went through quickly. I have no experience with stropping the high grade blade. It would certainly be worth a try.0

- Inevitable Noiseв разделе Beginner's Corner5 May 2021hello @Danielle Cancel, to avoid any noise during any form of hammering I cast a concrete block in a tub, epoxied the top and covered that with a 5mm rhino self healing cutting matt. the sheer mass of this ensures I can work any time of day and not bother anyone, it also helps with accuracy, as there is no wobble after being struck etc.. It is very hefty monster at 65kg though. However it works great, and easy enough to make as the resin isn't necessary, it just ensured a flat surface for the rhino matt. attached is a photo that I shared on my instagram hence the writing on it cheers20
- Hardware suppliersв разделе Beginner's Corner28 October 2020Poursin’s hardware is amazing, very high quality, all brass and made in Paris. But for me personally it’s a bit too traditional, I am looking for something more contemporary. I believe they have a history in saddlery hardware.0
- Basic Tools For Beginning Leathercraftв разделе Beginner's Corner24 October 2021What’s the difference between using a Vergez Blanchard number 4 and the smaller number 3 saddlers’ hammer? Does the extra inch in length and slightly heavier weight make the no.4 more suitable for handbags?00
