my studio recently went thru a big hoo haa over the new skiving machine from TaKing Taiwan, it was working fine until i decided to upgrade a certain parts.. now my skiver are unable to skive twice on the same leather, for some reason the first skive is fine, second skive will dig a much deeper groove depends on the part where the second skive overlapped.
i will attach some images for reference, if any of the members have solution for that, please do share with me.. this is the third week i’ve been liaising with TK’s founder.. still have yet to find the rootcause.
i’ve replaced all the parts back to original so we can troubleshoot and eliminate possibilities

Hi everyone,
I’ve been reading through the posts here about Bell Skiver overlapping issues, and it seems like this can be quite tricky to resolve. For those who are struggling with snoring or breathing problems during sleep, I've come across some helpful solutions. It’s important to consider if sleep apnea could be a contributing factor. In such cases, consulting with experienced sleep apnea doctors can provide valuable insights and guidance.
Additionally, if you’re dealing with sleep apnea, selecting the right CPAP mask is key. Many people prefer Nasal Masks due to their comfort and effectiveness. It's always a good idea to speak with your doctor about the best options for your condition.
I hope this helps someone out there!
