I'm new at leather work and I only saw videos that showed burning the ends of thread. I bought high quality linen to try. Oops... the ends don't stay in place and just burn the thread and it blackens when using my zapper on them! Jeez! I searched ALL over YT for how to deal with linen thread ends to secure. Peter doesn't show this in his saddle stitching vdeos (that I could find) and no one else I can find seems to show this. I did find one video but it's in Korean and it's tough to follow. Any suggestions?

Ahhh, I did see it but it went over my newbie head the first time! Thank-you again for the reply.
Hi Cathy,
in my saddle-stiching tutorial (which is also free on youtube) i show how to finish off the thread at the 19:26 mark.
thanks
