The Camle leather is from a tannery in the UAE and the client provided me with it so i dont have the contact. Epsom is made by a few tanneries like Haas and Roux. Box calf is great from Du Puy

Thanks for the tip and answering. I think your comment may be referring to getting the thread through the needle eye, which is not an issue. It is poking the thread with the point of the needle that is difficult. It is so tightly woven, and given the needle is not very pointy (JH), that is challenging to stab it through.

Hi Peter/all, I maybe have a client who is looking for Epi / Montbelle leather (also sold by rm leather supply). Because I order as a company, is it not economical or efficient to order in America because I live in the EU and so is the supplier. Puffy piece for back piece of bifold/moneyclip ?

How would you go about creating a puff piece on the back of a bifold/money clip. Without the wallet being to thick. I use chèvre for the inside, and the lining. I’ve seen a lot of my favorite craftsman, use the chèvre for the outer layer. But they put a layer in between to create a puffy effect. I haven’t tried bonded leather yet. Please help me out with this question !

Hello! Can anyone please give me an advice regarding a creasing machine and tips to buy? 🙏 I am considering Adece machine, but I'm unsure about filetuse tips. Does anyone use Adece filetuse tips? If do, are you satisfied with a quality? Can you compare it with Regad tips? As for Regad tips, I found different information on the creasing distances. For example, FN3 - is it 2,5 mm distance from the edge or 1,25 mm? I would be very grateful for any recommendation! Thank you. Best regards, Marijeta
