cites process is managed differently across countries but it is centered around the import and export certificates. it is best to check with your country if you intend to export, and for the receiver to check with their own country what the process is like. a general rule is that the export permit must be applied, before it can be shipped. the importer needs to have the export permit ready to apply for the import permit. but some items can be exempted, for eg completed products don’t need an import certificate. i believe some countries charge a flat fee, but some countries charge fees per piece of item.

Hi - and congrats on very nice looking tutorial videos. As clean as your work I dare say ;-) I have been doing leatherwork as a hobby for a couple of years and as an old graphic designer (started before the "computer age") the detailed hand work suits me :-) Q: Creasing VS beveling? Is it only a matter of expressions that make you chose either? Is it if you create an edge without edge paint that bevel and burnish will do best? Bevel and burnish - is it just a simpler (cowboy ;-) technique to creasing?
